I began my career in the corporate world, developing digital strategies and products for some of the world’s most recognized brands—Discovery Channel, British Airways, LVMH, the NFL—as well as innovative software startups like Upgrade Pack and Pedal.

These experiences were thrilling and gave me the opportunity to refine my expertise in user experience (UX), design, and product strategy while navigating diverse platforms and industries. However, I often felt constrained by the corporate environment, limiting the impact I could truly deliver.

That changed when a local business owner approached me for help with their struggling website. A quick review revealed the core issues: no SEO, no Google Business profile, and a confusing user experience. After implementing targeted solutions, the site transformed into a functional, traffic-driving asset.
The experience was transformative — I loved working one-on-one with the client, seeing immediate results, and knowing my expertise made a tangible difference.​
After that first project, I started talking to friends and other local entrepreneurs. I realised that many small businesses face similar challenges: websites that don’t work, no visibility in search engines, and systems that don’t meet their needs.​
